Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PairFlows platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Services

PairFlows provides an AI-powered influencer marketing platform that helps brands discover, analyze, and connect with influencers. Our services include website analysis, influencer matching, campaign management, and analytics tools. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). All fees are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant PairFlows a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service. PairFlows and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, including its algorithms, designs, and trademarks.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Influencer data and analytics are provided for informational purposes and may not be fully accurate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PairFlows shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PairFlows operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
